These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Rampro Roofing website and the roofing services provided by Rampro Roofing Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Rampro Roofing Ltd provides professional roofing services including but not limited to roof replacement, repairs, flat roofing, guttering, chimney repairs and roof insulation across South East England.
All quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation. A written quote will be issued within 24 hours of a survey visit. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
A contract is formed when you accept our written quotation in writing (including by email). We reserve the right to withdraw a quotation prior to acceptance.
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be confirmed in writing by both parties and may result in a revised quotation.
Payment terms are set out in your written quotation. Unless otherwise agreed:
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate.
All completed works are covered by our workmanship guarantee. This guarantee covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by extreme weather events, third-party interference, or lack of maintenance by the customer.
Materials supplied are covered by the relevant manufacturer's warranty.
Rampro Roofing Ltd carries full public liability insurance. Our liability to you shall not exceed the total value of the contract. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We are not responsible for pre-existing structural defects that become apparent during the course of work.
You may cancel a booked job with at least 48 hours' notice without charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a charge to cover abortive costs and materials ordered.
